3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM (Neue Medien Münnich), Germany. When you visit our website, the hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits, in particular:

  • Anonymised / shortened IP address
  • Date and time of the request
  • Browser type and version, operating system
  • Referrer URL and amount of data transferred

This data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR) and is not merged with other data sources.

4. Cookies

This website uses only technically essential cookies / local storage required for the basic operation of the site (for example to remember that you have acknowledged our cookie notice). We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and no consent banner with opt-in is therefore required. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR and § 25 (2) TDDDG.

5. Web fonts (self-hosted)

We use the “Inter” and “Space Grotesk” fonts, which are hosted directly on our own server. No connection to Google servers or other third parties is established, and no data about you is transmitted to font providers when displaying our pages.

6. Images

All images on this website are hosted on our own server. No third-party image services are contacted when loading our pages.

7. Contact by email and contact form

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, the data you provide (name, email address, your message) will be processed solely for the purpose of handling your enquiry. The contact form opens your own email program; the message is sent directly to us by email. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). We delete this data once it is no longer required and there are no statutory retention obligations.

8. International data transfer

Please note that the controller, NORDBIT LLC, is based in the United States. Personal data you provide (for example via email) may therefore be processed in the USA. Where data is transferred to the USA, this is done on the basis of appropriate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or applicable adequacy decisions). You can request further information on these safeguards from us at any time.

9. SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the “https://” prefix and the lock symbol in your browser’s address bar.

10. Data retention

We only store personal data for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes described here or as required by statutory retention periods. Afterwards, the data is deleted.

11. Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy to ensure it always complies with current legal requirements or to reflect changes to our services. The new privacy policy will then apply to your next visit.
